The Lord Bishop of Exeter reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for confirming Two Indentures Tripartite, the one of Lease, and the other of Release, made between the Right Honourable Thomas Earl of Thanet Island of the First Part, the Honourable Sackville Tufton Esquire of the Second Part, and the Honourable William Cheyne Esquire and Sir Charles Tufton Knight of the Third Part, and the Estates thereby settled," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Woollaston's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Hannah Woollaston Widow, and Jonathan her Son, an Infant, to sell certain Lands and Tenements, in Warnford, in the County of South'ton, for Payment of Debts and Legacies, according to the Will of Richard Woollaston Esquire, deceased."

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable William Wanley, an Infant under the Age of One and Twenty Years, to new build several Messuages or Tenements in Ax-Yard, King Street, Westm'r, for the better securing the Payment of several Charges and Incumbrances thereon," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl Marshal of England do lay before this House, To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, the whole Procession of the Queen's Funeral.

Sir R. Barkham's Bill.

The Earl of Stamford reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the vesting the Manors of Earle's Croome, alias Jeffery's Croome, and Baughton, in the County of Worcester, in Trustees, to be sold; and for settling the Manor-house and Royalty of Waynfleet St. Mary's, in the County of Lincoln, and divers Lands, Parcel of the said Manor, of greater Value, to and upon the same Uses; and to enable Sir Robert Barkham Baronet to make Provision for his Younger Children," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Answer from the Commissioners of the Admiralty, about Stores sent to the Fleet in The Mediterranean:

Mr. Bridgeman this Day, at the Bar, delivered the Paper, purluant to the Order of the Ninth Instant, from the Commissioners of the Admiralty.

Which was read as followeth; (videlicet,)

"Admiralty office, 11th February, 9 4/5.

"In Pursuance of an Order from the Right Honourable the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, of the 9th Instant, requiring the Admiralty, and Navy Board to lay before their Lordships, in Writing, under their Hands, an Answer to the following Question; (videlicet,) Whether, in the Quantity and Nature of the Stores sent, and intended to be sent to the Fleet in The Mediterranean, they have had Regard to the Accidents of Weather and of an Engagement as well as to what may be necessary for the ordinary Repairs of the Fleet?

"We have taken the same into Consideration; and find, not only by the Nature and Quantity of the Stores, but also by the Number and Quality of the Officers and Artificers sent, and intended to be sent, to the Fleet in The Mediterranean, that Regard was had to the Accidents of Weather and of an Engagement, as well as to what might be necessary for the ordinary Repairs of the said Fleet.

"2. What Force the Lord Berkeley had at The Nore, and the Lord Danby at Spithead, when they gave their Orders of the Eleventh of April last?"
