Caryll's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to vest in Trustees certain Lands in Kent and Sussex, of John Caryll Esquire, for the Payment of Debts, and raising of Portions for Younger Children, and to supply the Defects of a Conveyance intended for those Purposes."

Finch's Bill.

The Lord Bishop of Salisbury reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to vest certain Lands and Tenements in Trustees, to be sold, for the better Provision of the Daughters and Coheirs of Joseph Finch Esquire, deceased," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Webb's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Part of the Estate of Jonathan Webb Esquire, for Discharge of Debts and Incumbrances charged thereupon."

Braughton versus Micklewright.

Whereas this Day was appointed for Mr. Braughton to shew Cause why he did not prosecute his Appeal sooner, and he being heard thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Braughton and Mr. Rowland Frith do attend this House, concerning the said Appeal, To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

No Petition for re-hearing to be read the same Day offered.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That no Petition which relates to the Re-hearing of any Cause, or Part of a Cause, formerly heard in this House, shall be read the same Day that it is offered, but shall lie upon the Table; and a future Day be appointed for reading thereof, after Twelve of the Clock.

Mr. Bridgeman, at the Bar, delivered the Answers to the Questions sent Yesterday to the Commissioners of the Admiralty.

"When they had any Directions for preparing Ships to sail to The West Indies, with Colonel Russell, or any others; and how these Directions were executed?"

State of the Fleet:

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of the State of the Fleet shall be resumed on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that all the Lords be summoned then to attend.

Sir G. Rooke to deliver an Account of the united Fleet with him in The Downs.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir George Rooke do lay before this House, with all convenient Speed, an Account of what English and Dutch Ships he had with him in The Downes the Eleventh of April last.

Gollop's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Peter Gollop Gentleman to sell a Farm and certain Lands called Wantsley; and to vest the Inheritance thereof in Fee Simple in such Person or Persons who shall be Purchaser or Purchasers thereof from him, subject only to the Payment of the Sum of One Thousand Pounds Principal-money, with Interest thereof due and to grow due unto the Executory Estate of Robert Merefeild Gentleman, deceased."

E. of Salisbury's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Guardians of James Earl of Salisbury to make Leases of Salisbury-House, and some other Hereditaments in The Strand, in the County of Midd'x, for the Improvement thereof by Building."

Sir R. Barkham's Bill:

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manors of Earles Croome, alias Jeffrey's Croome, and Baughton, in the County of Worcester, in Trustees, to be sold; and for settling the Manorhouse and Royalty of Waynfleet St. Mary's, in the Counnty of Lincoln, and divers Lands, Parcel of the said Manors, of greater Value, to and upon the same Uses; and to enable Sir Rob't Barkham Baronet to make Provision for his Younger Children."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
