The Lord Keeper acquainted the House, "That Her Majesty had sent a Commission for the further proroguing of this Parliament."
Then the Lords Commissioners, in their Robes, being seated on a Form placed between the Throne and the Woolsack; the Lord Keeper in the Middle; and the Lord Chamberlain on his Right Hand, and the Lord Cornwallis on his Left Hand; commanded the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod to go to the House of Commons; and let them know, "That the Commissioners desire they would be present, to hear the said Commission read."
