Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Nathaniell Brent Gentleman, deceased, to raise Money, for Payment of his Debts, and Maintenance of his Children who are Insants."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir John Hoskyns and Sir John Francklyn:

To carry down the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bills following; (videlicet,)

Pardon for Felony, Bill to repeal the Act for finding Sureties for.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the explaining and for the more effectual Execution of a former Act for Relief of poor Prisoners," on Monday the Fifth Day of March next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Report of Conference, about Intelligence of the Brest Fleet.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Debate and Consideration of the Report of the Conference with the House of Commons the Fifteenth Instant, shall be resumed on Thursday the First Day of March next, at Twelve of the Clock; and that all the Lords in and about the Town be summoned then to attend.

Sir W. Rawlinson against the Bill for settling Sir J. Maynard's Estate.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of the Petition of Sir William Rawlinson, against the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling the Estate of Sir John Maynard Knight deceased, late One of the Commissioners for the Custody of the Great Seal of England," shall be further considered To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Sir Edward Ward Knight, Their Majesties Attorney General, on Behalf of the Poor of Leverington, within the Isle of Ely, against a Decree pronounced in the Court of Chancery, upon the Ninth Day of November One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, in a Cause there depending, wherein Sir George Treby Knight, Their Majesties then Attorney General, at and by the Relation of Henry Perne Clerk, Parson of the said Parish, was Informant, against Robert Swayne Esquire and others, Defendants:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Robert Swayne may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Ninth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Skinner and White versus Gwyllime.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein John Skinner and Thomas White are Appellants, and Thomas Gwyllime Senior and Thomas Gwyllime Junior are Respondents, on Wednesday the Seventh Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Rogers' Bill.
