This Day the House heard Counsel, upon the Appeal of the Earl of Montagu and others, against the Earl of Bathe and others.
And, having made some Progress therein, the Counsel being withdrawn; the House agreed to proceed therein on Saturday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
Adjourn.
