Mr. Price and Mr. Newnham came to the Bar, pursuant to the Order of this House; and, being reprimanded by the Lord Keeper for signing the Petition of Joshua Lomax, they submitted, and asked Pardon of the House, and withdrew.
Admirals who commanded the Summer Fleet, and Sir G. Rooke, not to go out of Town;
It being moved, "That the Admirals who commanded Their Majesties Fleet the last Summer shall attend the House:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said late Admirals and Sir George Rooke do not go out of Town till further Order of this House.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Rutter do not go out of Town until further Order of this House.
Address to His Majesty, for Proceedings in Council concerning Admirals.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do attend His Majesty, humbly to desire, "That He will please to order, That such Proceedings as were lately in Council, or the Committee of Council, relating to the Admirals, or Sir George Rooke, may be laid before this House."

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Priestman, One of the Commissioners for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral of England, do attend, and lay before this House in Writing (on Saturday next) at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon) such Orders as the said Commissioners sent to the Admirals who commanded the main Fleet the last Summer, as also to Sir George Rooke; and likewise an Account of what Men of War, or other Ships in Their Majesties Service, have been lost since the First Day of January, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two, and at what Times, in what Places, and in what Manner.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Southerne (Secretary to the Commissioners for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral of England) do attend this House on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Turkey Company to give Information of Proceedings of the Fleet under Sir G. Rooke:
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Turkey Company do lay before this House, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, such Informations in Writing as they shall think proper, in respect to the Proceedings of the Fleet which was under the Conduct of Sir George Rooke the last Summer.
Admirals who commanded the Summer's Fleet to send in Copies of their Orders;
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Admirals who commanded the Fleet the last Summer do lay before this House, in Writing, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, all such Orders as they did receive from the Commissioners for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral of England, or otherwise, as well in respect to the main Fleet, as to Sir George Rooke's Squadron; and also their Proceedings in Execution thereof.
