After hearing Counsel, this Day, to argue the Errors upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein John Fox is Plaintiff, and Symon Harcourt Defendant:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal of England do report what was offered thereupon, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
