Sir J. Williams's Bill.
The Earl of Stamford reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Sir John Williams, of Llangibby Castle, in the County of Monmouth, Baronet, to sell the Manor of Ewyas, Lacy, Waterston, and" (fn. 1) " Trescaillan, and other Lands in the County of Hereford, and the Manor of Carwent and other Lands in the County of Monmouth, for Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be engrossed.

The Lord Bishop of Exeter reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the settling a Jointure on the Wife of Anthony Danby Esquire, and for making Provision for his Brothers and Younger Children, and for Payment of his Debts," as sit to pass, without any Amendment.
Muschamp versus Burton.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Henry Muschamp Esquire, complaining of an Order made, on the Behalf of Phillip Burton Esquire, by the Lord Chancellor Jeffryes, the Nine and Twentieth Day of February One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-seven; as also upon the Answer of Phillip Burton put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition of Henry Muschamp shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Order of the Nine and Twentieth Day of February One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-seven, therein complained of, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

This Question was proposed, "Whether the Fine set on the Earl of Ailesbury by this House shall be remitted?"
Then the previous Question was put, "Whether that Question shall be now put?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Then the main Question was put, "Whether the Fine set on the Earl of Ailesbury by this House shall be remitted?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Alnage, Duty for transferring to the Custom-house, Bill.
Upon reading the Petition of divers Merchants, Exporters of Woollen Manufactures, on Behalf of themselves and others; praying, "That they may be heard, by their Counsel, against the Bill, intituled, An Act for transferring the Collection of the Duty of Alnage to the Custom-house, and for giving a Recompense to the Crown for the same:"
Merchants, &c. to be heard against it.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That they shall be heard, by their Counsel, as desired, and all other Persons for and against the said Bill, on Wednesday The Fifteenth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Royal Mines Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for removing Doubts and preventing Disputes touching Royal Mines; and that Their Majesties may have the Pre-emption."
The House was resumed.
And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire a Day may be appointed for all the Judges to attend."
ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the abovesaid Bill, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and all the Judges to attend."
L. Stawel's Bill: Witnesses to attend for Sheldon concerning it.
