Allen versus Bellamy.
Upon reading the Petition of John Allen and John Glover, Respondents to the Petition of John Bellamy, Executor of William Bellamy deceased, Appellant; praying, "That they may have longer Time for answering to the said Petition:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Allen and John Glover have hereby Time given them for answering thereunto, until Friday the Ninth Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
E. of Devon and E. of Exon versus Clerke and Creditors of Warwick.
The House being this Day moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein the Lord Steward and the Earl of Exeter are Appellants, and Elizabeth Clerke Executrix of Phillip Warwick, and Francis Skinner, John Wadworth, and others, are Respondents:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Monday the Twelfth Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Walthall's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Richard Walthall Esquire to sell Lands, for the Payment of Portions and Debts."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill shall be committed to the Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Three of them; to meet on Friday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Eyre's Bill.

Advice to His Majesty.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, pursuant to the Order Yesterday, to consider further of Advice to His Majesty, upon His Speech.
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Bridgewater reported, "That the Committee had agreed upon several Heads for Orders, and an Address to His Majesty; and desired another Day might be appointed, for the House to be put into a Committee again, to proceed further upon advising His Majesty."
To which Heads and Address the House agreed, and ordered as follows:
List of General Officers and Troops on the English Establishment, to be sent in.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Blathwaite, Secretary to the Army, do send to this House a List of all the General Officers and Troops upon the English Establishment."
List of Officers belonging to the Ordnance, and Account of Stores.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Officers of the Ordnance do send to this House a List of the Officers belonging to the Ordnance; as also an Account of the Stores, and what hath been delivered out the last Two Years."
Regulations for ordering the Troops in 1677 and 78.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Keeper of the Paper-office in Whitehall do send to this House the Regulation for the posting and ordering the Troops and Officers that were in The Low Countries in the Years 1677 or 1678."
Orders and Instructions to the Commander in Chief of the Fleet.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty do send to this House all such Orders, Letters, and Instructions, as were sent to the Admiral and Commanders in Chief of Squadrons in the Fleet the last Summer; and particularly those that relate to the Descent, and the Answers thereto; and also Copies of such Letters or Orders as have been sent by the Commanders in Chief to inferior Officers, in relation to the Descent or Pursuit after the Fight at Sea."
Orders relative to providing Transports.
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners for the Transport Ships do send an Account of their Orders, relating to the providing Transport Ships for the Descent, and when they were ready."
Address for Orders, &c. sent by the Council or Secretary of State, in the Summer's Expedition at Sea.
"ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That an Address be made from this House to the King, That His Majesty will be pleased to direct, that all the Orders and Papers sent by the Council, or Secretary of State, in the Summer's Expedition at Sea, and the full Account of all the Transactions thereupon, may be laid before this House; and particularly all such Orders and Papers as relate to the Descent."
Lords to attend the King with an Address.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord President, Lord Steward, and the Earl of Nottingham, do attend His Majesty, with the Address of this House made this Day.
Advice to His Majesty.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Thursday next, at Twelve of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed in the Debate of Heads of Advice to be given to His Majesty by this House; and no other Business to intervene.
Adjourn.
