PRAYERS.

5th Eliz. respecting Cloth Weavers.

A BILL for Repeal of the 32d Article, in the Act of 5 Eliz. containing divers Orders for Artificers and others, which relates to Weavers of Cloth, was read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir John Guise, Sir Tho Vernon, Sir S. Bernadiston, Mr. Freke, Mr. How, Mr. Sandford, Sir Richard Hart, Mr. Bromley, Sir Robert Cotton, Mr. Arnold, Sir John Dorrell, Mr. Cooke, Mr. Hutchinson, Sir Ri. Reynolds, Mr. Blowfeild, Mr. Bockenham, Sir Ra. Dutton, Mr. Foley, Mr. Slater, Mr. Price, Mr. Pigot, Mr. England, Sir Isaac Rebow, Mr. Hedger, Sir Robert Dacers, Mr. J. Smith, Mr. Biddulph, Sir John Moreton, Sir Tho. Haslerigg, Mr. S. Smith, Sir William Leman, Sir John Key, Sir Gervas Elwes, Mr. Ogle, Sir Edward Chisnell, Mr. Colt: And they are to meet at Four a Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Frequent Parliaments.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Bill for more frequent Elections of Parliaments.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Colonel Granville took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Colonel Granville reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill, and made some Amendments thereunto, which they had directed him to report to the House, when the House would please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the said Report be made To-morrow Morning.

The King's Speech to be considered.

Resolved, That this House will, upon Tuesday Morning next, consider further of his Majesty's gracious Speech to both Houses of Parliament.

Adjournment.

Debt due to Seamen.

The Lord Falkland, from the Commissioners of the Admiralty, according to Order, presented to the House a State of the Debt due to the Seamen at Michaelmas last.

And the same was read; and is as followeth; viz.

An Estimate of the Wages due to the Seamen serving in their Majesties Navy to Michaelmas last.

For Wages to their Majesties Ships, in Pay to Michaelmas 1692, which are not yet paid up to that Time, as the rest of the Fleet have been 135,056
For Wages to all their Majesties Ships, in Pay, from the First of Nov. 1692, to the 30th of Sept. 1693. 664,699
For the Recalls of those paid off, whose Books are not yet cleared; calculated from the First Books by casting each Man's Wages remaininging unpaid thereon, as also what remains in Arrear on the Books made up 236,660
