After hearing Counsel, in Part, upon the Petition and Appeal of Richard Woollaston Esquire and Sir Biby Lake Baronet; as also upon the Answer of Sir Edward Northey Knight His Majesty's Attorney General, and Elizabeth Preston Executrix of Thomas Preston Esquire, deceased, put in thereunto:
Hearing adjourned.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Hearing of the said Cause be adjourned till To-morrow, at Twelve a Clock; and that all the Judges do then attend this House.
