Message to the H. C. about managing the Evidence in Justice Berkley's Trial.

Ordered, That the Trial of Mr. Justice Berkley shall be on Monday Morning next.

And a Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Edw. Leech and Dr. Aylett, to let the House of Commons know of it, and desire them to appoint some of their Members to manage the Evidence.

Letters to be sent to Peers in Town, who do not attend.

Ordered, Those Lords that are in Town, and attends not this House, shall have Letters sent to them from the Speaker of this House, to give their Attendance on this House forthwith, without Fail, as Peers:

Fountain, a Pass, to carry Letters to the King, from France.

The House being informed, "That the French Agent hath received Letters out of France for His Majesty:" It is Ordered, That John Fountayne, Servant to the said Agent, shall have a Pass, to carry them to Oxford, and return again to London.

L. Willoughby's Petition, for a Debt due by the late E. of Peterborough.

Upon reading the Petition of the Lord Willoughby of Parham; shewing, "That the late Earl of Peterborrough was indebted, by Bond, in the Sum of Three Hundred Pounds, and died intestate, and the Countess Dowager refuses to take Letters of Administration of the said Personal Estate, and is desirous that the Petitioner may be satisfied with Damages due unto him: But (fn. 1) "
