Ld. Wharton exempted from an Imposition for Horse.
Upon Information to this House, "That the Committee of Yorkeshire hath assessed Two Horses and Arms upon the Lord Wharton, a Peer of this Realm, and a Member of this House:"
It is Ordered, That his Lordship shall have the same Protection from such Assessments as other Peers have had.
Message from the H. C. for Monsieur De Beleson to export Horses.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Denzell Holles Esquire; who brought up a Pass for Monsieur De Beleson, to have Leave to transport Six Horses into France, Custom and Impost-free, wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence.

The Ordinance concerning Impropriations, was read Twice, and committed to the Committee of the whole House.
And accordingly the House was adjourned into a Committee during Pleasure, to consider of it.
