Pitts and Gerrard.
Ordered, That there be no Proceedings in the Writ of Error between Pitts and Gberrard, until a Week after the Judges come from Circuit.
Keygin, a Pass.
Ordered, That Tegge Keygin shall have a Pass to go into Holland, to his Master Mr. Wroth, to attend upon him; taking with him such wearing Apparel as he shall need.
Letter from the King, about sending to Scotland.
CHARLES R.
"Whereas, amongst many other Votes in Order to a Treaty between Us and Our Two Houses of Parliament, it is Resolved, That if We shall think fit to send for any of the Scottish Nation, to advise with Us concerning the Affairs of the Kingdom of Scotland only, the Houses will give them a safe Conduct (fn. 1) "
