The sum of the Tithes and other Profits of the Parsonage of St. Dunstan in the West, London.
Deductions to be made for charge and loss coming out of the Living yearly.
This sum being deducted out of the former sum of the Rents there remains in cleare maintenance to the Parson £264 4s. 0½d.
Mem. that three fourth parts of this living stand within the liberties and 14th part without.
In this valuation of the houses I have observed this moderation that 1 have deducted a fourth part of the present Rent and likewise the Fine, and the sum of the houses thus valued amounteth to £3985.
So the total of all Houses, Tithable or not within the parish amounteth to £9855 of which 3 fourth parts stand within the liberties and one fourth part in Middlesex.
