This Day the Counsel of the Competitors for the Earldom of Oxford, etc. were heard at the Bar.

Mr. Attorney General, Mr. Serjeant Crew, Mr. Noy, Mr. Selden, and Mr. Hackwell, were of Counsel for the Heir General.

Mr. Glanvill, Mr. Turner, and Mr. Ball, for the Heir Male.
