Carew Rawleigh's Bill for Restitution in Blood.
THE Lord Keeper signified unto the House, That Carew Raleigh (who hath exhibited his Bill of Restitution in Blood) did Yesterday receive the Communion, in the King's Chapel at Whitehall, as appears by a Certificate thereof under the Hand of Middleton.
And for that the said Carew Raleigh had not received the Communion within One Month next before the exhibiting of his Bill (which was read the 11th of February), it is Agreed, That the same shall be read now again, pro prima vice.

Whereas, the 15th Day of this February, an Order to be made touching those Lords who are absent, and have sent no Proxies, was referred to the Lords Subcommittees for Privileges, etc.
The Earl of Warwicke reported an Order conceived by the said Sub-committee, concerning the same.
And (upon the Question) Agreed, per plures, That the said Lords Sub-committees shall consider hereof again.
