Committee For Munitions.

To answer all Questions that shall be demanded by the House, or by the Lords Sub-committees for Munitions, etc. who are appointed to consider of a Petition exhibited by William Anis.

Abraham Jacob was sworn also, To answer all such Questions as shall be demanded of him touching Munitions only, and to answer any Thing touching William Anis's Petition that shall not charge himself.

And he was commanded to attend the Sub-committee of the Munitions, etc. touching the said Petition of William Anis.

The Lords Sub-committee for Munitions, etc. have Liberty to meet touching the Munitions, etc. and touching the Petition of William Anis, when and as often as they please, and where they please; and it was declared, That this they might do by the ancient Orders of the House.

Young's Naturalization.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Naturalizing of John Younge, Doctor of Divinity, and Dean of the Cathedral Church of Winchester.

And the said John Younge came into the House, and took the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance; and the Lord Keeper certified the House, That the said John Young received the Communion at Easter Day last.

Manor of Little Munden to Woodhall.

The Earl Marshal reported, That the Lord's Committees for the Bill concerning Sir Charles Casar, touching the Manor of Little Munden, in the County of Hertford, do think the said Bill fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Whereupon the said Bill is Ordered to be ingrossed.

Assurance of the Manors of Newlangport and Sevans.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Confirmation and Assurance of the Manors of Newlangport and Seavans, alias Sephanes, with their Appurtenances, and divers other Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, in the County of Kent, late being the Inheritance of Sir Henry James, Knight, in a Præmunire convicted, unto Martin Lomley, now the Mayor of the City of London, Alice Woodroffe, Widow, and Edward Cropley, and their Heirs and Assigns for ever; and committed unto the

Purveyances.

The Lord Steward reported, That the Lords Committees of the Bill concerning Purveyances, etc. do think it fit, that a Conference be prayed with the Commons, before the same Bill be further proceeded in.

Agreed, That To-morrow a Conference be prayed with the Commons, concerning the said Bill.

Confirmation of Fisher's Estate.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Establishment and Confirmation of Sir Edward Fisher's Estate, in the Manor of Mickleton, in the County of Glocester, to himself and his Heirs in Fee, and of the Possession thereof accordingly, against the pretended Title of Sir Francis Neale, Knight, and his Heirs, to some Parcel thereof, as Parcel of the late Rectory or Glebe Lands of Mickleton aforesaid.

Message from the H. C. for Conference, concerning Complaints exhibited against a Member of this House.

Message from the House of Commons, by the Lord Cavendish and others: That whereas they have received divers and sundry Complaints against a Member of this House, which are of a high and grievous Nature; they desire a Conference, thereby to impart the same unto their Lordships; the Time and Place, and Number of Committees, they humbly leave unto their Lordships.

Answer.

Answered: The Lords will be ready to give them Meeting and Conference, with a Committee of their whole House, about this Business, this Afternoon, at Three, in the Hall at Whitehall.

Agreed, That the Lord Keeper, by the Orders of this House, is to make Report of this Conference.

For the Relief of Tenants of Crown Lands.

The Lords Committees for the Relief of Patentees and Farmers of Crown Lands, etc. are to meet on Wednesday next, at Eight, in the Painted Chamber.
