Ld. Stafford's Privilege. Thomas Arrested.

THIS Day was read the Petition of Walter Thomas, Servant to the Right Honourable the Lord Stafford, and Town Clerk of Chipping-norton, who complained that he was arrested, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, and when he was to perform his Service to His Majesty in his Office of Town Clerk, by William Wyddowes, and John Foster, Servants to Edward Chadwell, and by the Procurement of the said Chadwell and Thomas Daunce, all dwelling in Chipping-norton, and well knowing the said Walter Thomas to be Servant to the said Lord Stafford.

Ordered, That the said Edward Chadwell, Thomas Daunce, William Widdowes, and John Foster, be sent for by the Serjeant at Arms attendant on this Court, to be here on Saturday, the Four and Twentieth of this present April, at Nine in the Morning.
