PRAYERS.

Van Homrigh's Pet. for a Bill, referred to Judges.

Upon reading the Petition of Hester Van Homrigh, Widow and Relict of Bartholomew Van Homrigh, late of the City of Dublin, Esquire, and Hester Van Homrigh their Daughter, and Bartholomew and Mary Van Homrigh, Infants, by their said Mother their Guardian; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to vest the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, of which the said Bartholomew Van Homrigh died seised, in Trustees, to be sold; and that the Purchase-money to be got for the same may be divided into Five equal Parts, as in the Petition is set forth:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of the said Petition shall be, and is hereby, referred to Mr. Baron Price and Mr. Justice Dormer; who are forthwith to summon all Parties concerned in the Bill; and, after hearing them, to report to the House the State of the Case, with their Opinion thereupon, under their Hands, and whether all Parties that may be concerned in the Consequences of the Bill have signed the Petition; and also that the Judges, having perused the Bill, do sign the same.

L. Ormeston versus Hamilton.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Adam Cockburne Lord Ormeston and Dame Anne his Wife, from several Decrees, Orders, and Interlocutory Sentences, made by the Lords of Session in North Britain; and particularly, from the Decree of the Twenty-ninth of June last, on the Behalf of John Hamilton, by his Guardian; praying the Reversal of the Decrees, Orders, and Sentences, in the Petition mentioned; and that the Respondents may answer the said Appeal:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Hamilton, or his Guardian, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and do put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Tuesday the Twenty-sixth Day of February next, at Eleven a Clock.

L. Ormeston, to have Copies of Proceedings.

Upon reading also the Petition of Adam Cockburne Lord Ormeston and Dame Anne his Wife; shewing, "That they have appealed to this House, from several Decrees, Orders, and Interlocutory Sentences, made by the Lords of Session in North Britain, in several Suits or Causes, which are or were depending, between the Petitioner Anne, John Hamilton, the Lady Houshill, and others; and praying, that the Petitioners may have authentic Copies, or Extracts, of all Proceedings in the said Causes as they shall think fit:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Lords of Session, or their Clerks, do make and deliver to the Petitioners, or their Agents (on their paying for the same), authentic Copies, or Extracts, of all and every such Decrees, Orders, Interlocutory Sentences, Depositions, and other Proceedings, in the said Suits or Causes, as they shall think fit.
