The Lords following took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes; (videlicet,)

Account of Cruizers and Convoys.

This Day Mr. Fawler (from the Admiralty-office) delivered, at the Bar, "An Account of the Ships which have been employed as Cruizers and Convoys in the Year 1710, over and above the Ships of War for the Line of Battle, and for Convoys to remote Parts; prepared in Pursuance of an Act of Parliament, intituled, "An Act for the better securing the Trade of this Kingdom, by Cruizers and Convoys."

And the Title thereof was read.

Ordered, That the said Account do lie on the Table, to be perused by the Lords.

Conway versus Shrimpton.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Henry Conway Esquire, an Insant, by Sir John Conway Baronet his Father and next Friend, and Bridget Lytton Widow, and Charlotta Mostyn Spinster, both Infants, by Richard Mostyn Esquire their Father and next Friend, complaining of Two Decrees made in the Court of Chancery, One on the Thirteenth Day of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and Nine, before the Master of the Rolls, by Dismission of the Petitioner's Bill, as to the Performance of an Agreement in the Petition set forth; and decreed, "That the Petitioner should redeem the Premises in Question, on Payment of Four Thousand Pounds, and Four Thousand Pounds and Interest, and Costs, and the Defendant to accompt for the Profits;" the other from a Decree made by the late Lord Chancellor on the Twenty-ninth Day of April last, who confirmed the said Decree; which Decrees were made on the Behalf of John Shrimpton and Philadelphia and Philip his Children; and praying, "That that Part of the Decrees whereby the Appellants are dismissed as to the Performance of the Agreement (in the Petition mentioned) made by the said John Shrimpton may be reversed, and the said Agreement specifically performed; otherwise, that the Decree made by the Master of the Rolls may be affirmed, and the Decree made by the Lord Chancellor reversed as to that Part of it which establisheth the stated Accompts and Agreement made by Mr. Cornwallis for making Interest Principal; and the Petitioners be otherwise relieved:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Philadelphia and Philip Shrimpton may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.

Green versus Green.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of William Green, Son and Heir of John Green deceased, by Elizabeth his First Wife, deceased, who was the Eldest Daughter of Sir William Middleton, and Grand-daughter of Sir Hugh Middleton deceased, against an Order and Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Eleventh Day of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Nine, in a Cause wherein your Petitioner was Complainant, against Johanna Green Widow, Relict and Second Wife of the Petitioner's late Father, and others, Defendants; and praying, "That the said Order and Decree of the Eleventh of November may be reversed and set aside; and that the Petitioner, upon the whole Matter and the Circumstances of his Case, may have such further and other effectual Relief in the Premises as to this House shall seem meet; and that the said Johanna Green and John Green, and the other Defendants, may answer thereunto:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Johanna Green and John Green, and the other Defendants, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.

Account of Naval Stores, and prohibited East India Goods.

The House being informed, "That some of the Commissioners of the Customs attended:"

They were called in; and delivered, at the Bar, (pursuant to late Acts of Parliament) several Papers: The Titles whereof were read, and are as follow; (videlicet,)

1. "An Account of Naval Stores imported from Russia into the Port of London, from Michaelmas 1709 to Michaelmas 1710."

2. "An Account of Naval Stores imported from Russia into the Out Ports, from Michaelmas 1709 to Michaelmas 1710."

3. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods by the old East India Company, which were entitled to Debenture, in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what exported, and what remains, from 29th September 1709 to 25th March 1710."

Also, "An Account of the said Goods by the old Company which pay only the Half Subsidy, in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what exported, and what remains, from 29th September 1709 to 25th March 1710."

Also, "An Account of the said Goods by the United East India Company in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what brought in, what exported, and what remains, from 29th September 1709 to 25th March 1710."

4. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods by the new East India Company, which pay only the Half Subsidy, and were formerly in a Warehouse at The Steel Yard, but since brought to Leaden-Hall; what exported, and what remains, from 29th September 1709 to 25th March 1710."

Also, "An Account of the said Goods by the United East India Company in a Warehouse at Leaden-Hall, what brought in, what exported, and what remains, from 29th September 1709 to 25th March 1710."

5. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods at the Custom-house, London, being the Goods which were formerly at the Out-ropers Office; what exported, and what remains, from Michaelmas 1709 to Lady-day 1710."

6. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods brought into Her Majesty's Warehouse at the Customhouse, London; what exported, and what remains, from Michaelmas 1709 to Lady-day 1710."

7. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods, by the old East India Company, which were entitled to Debenture, in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what exported, and what remains, from 25th March 1710 to 29th September 1710."

Also, "An Account of the said Goods, by the old Company, which pay only the Half Subsidy, in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what exported, and what remains, from 25th March 1710 to 29th September 1710."

Also, "An Account of the said Goods, by the United East India Company, in a Warehouse at St. Hellens; what brought in, what exported, and what remains, from 25th March 1710 to 29th September 1710."

10. "An Account of the prohibited East India Goods, brought into Her Majesty's Warehouse at the Customhouse, London, what exported, and what remains, from Lady Day 1710 to Michaelmas 1710."

11. "An Account of Corn and other Commodities exported by Virtue of the Liberty granted by an Act of the last Session of Parliament."

Ordered, That the said Papers do lie upon the Table, to be perused by the Lords.
