Viscount Weymouth takes the Oaths.

This Day Thomas Lord Viscount Weymouth took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Dutch. Beaufort versus Ly. Granville & al.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Dutchess Dowager of Beaufort; praying a Day may be appointed, for hearing her Appeal depending in this House, to which Rebecca Lady Dowager Granville and others are Respondents; as also the Petition of the said Lady Granville to the same Effect:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Saturday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.

Docksey versus Docksey.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Ralph Docksey Gentleman, from an Order of Dismission and a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Tenth Day of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven, on the Behalf of Elizabeth Docksey, Widow and Executrix of Robert Docksey Gentleman; and praying, "That the said Order and Decree may be reversed; and the Executrix decreed to pay the Testator's Debts, and declared to be but a Trustee of the Surplus of the Estate in the Petition mentioned, and accompt to the Petitioner touching the same; or the Petitioner to have the Redemption of the Lands decreed to him, upon Payment of the Debts and Legacies:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Elizabeth Docksey may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and she is hereby required to put in her Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Thursday the Eight and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock.
