It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Crawley may enter into a Recognizance, as desired.
Bedford to enter into Recognizance for Lamplugh.
The House being moved, "That William Bedford may enter into Recognizance for Ralph Chetham (he living in Yorkshire) upon his Appeal depending in this House:"

Marbury & al. versus Torbuck & al.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Katherine Marbury Spinster, Benjamine Woodroffe Doctor in Divinity and Mary his Wife, Gilbert Thacker Esquire and Elizabeth his Wife, which said Katherine, Mary, and Elizabeth, are the Sisters and Coheirs of William and Richard Marbury, late of Marbury, in the County of Chester, Esquire, deceased, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Thirteenth Day of August One Thousand Seven Hundred and One, on the Behalf of George Torbuck, and the Creditors, Mortgagees, and the Bond and Simple Contract Creditors, of the said William Marbury; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said George Torbuck and the other Creditors of the said William Marbury may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Thirtieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Viscount Howe, Leave for a Bill.
Upon reading the Petition of Scroop Lord Viscount Howe of the Kingdom of Ireland; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, to enable him to make a certain Provision for his Daughters, not exceeding Four Thousand Pounds; which he cannot do without the Aid of an Act of Parliament, his Eldest Son being an Infant:
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner hath hereby Leave to bring in a Bill, as desired.
Private Bills to be printed before they are read.
It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That, for the future, no Private Bill shall be read in this House, until printed Copies thereof be left with the Clerk of the Parliaments, for the Perusal of the Lords; and that One of the said Copies shall be delivered to every Person as shall be concerned in the said Bill, before the Meeting of the Committee upon such Bill; and in Case of Infancy, to be delivered to the Guardian, or next Relation of full Age not concerned in Interest, or in the passing the said Bill: And that this Order be added to the Roll of Standing Orders, and printed and published, to the End all Persons concerned may take Notice thereof.
