Appointed to meet in the Council Chamber at Whitehall, on Wednesday, the 24th of October, by Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.
Any Member, though absent, may be named a Committee in Matters which concern his own Interest.
Agreed by the greater Number, and accordingly ruled, That any Lord, a Member of the House, though absent, may, in regard of particular Interest, respecting any Office, or special Service, wherein he is employed, be named a Committee.
