E. of Lincoln's Absence excused.

THE Earl of Lincolne excused for his Absence by the Lord Chancellor, because the Town of Chelsey, where his Lordship abode, is visited with the Sickness; and likewise the Town also in Lincolnshire, where the Earl's House is, at this Time is visited; wherefore his Lordship thinketh not good to presume to come to the House; but, for the Cause aforesaid, and for that his Health also is not at this Time good, he desireth to be spared; which Suit by their Lordships was yielded.

Adjourn.

Dominus Cancellarius continuavit præsens Parliamentum usque in diem Lunæ, 22m Octobris, inter horam 9m et 10m.
