HODIE 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Confirmation of an Agreement betwixt Edward Lord Bruce, and Michaell Doiely, and others, of the Lands late of William Ibgrave, deceased.

Preservation of Timber and Woods.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Preservation and Increase of Timber.

Counterfeiting the Great and Privy Seals of Scotland.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, An Act whereby the Counterfeiting of His Majesty's Great Seal of Scotland, or Privy Seal of Scotland, is made Treason.

The said Two last Bills were sent to the Lower House, and the Bill concerning the Town of Southampton, for their Consideration of the Proviso added by the Lords,

To prohibit going into Foreign Countries, and Exportation of Gold.

The Bill for Restraint of going into Foreign Countries, and for Restraint of Exportation of Gold and Silver out of the Realm, was returned to the House, by the Lord Archbishop of Cant. the first of the Committees, with Signification, That the Committees found so many Imperfections in the said Bill, as they thought it not meet to proceed.

Abuses of Mariners, &c.

The Bill to reform the Abuses of Mariners and Sailors, was also returned to the House this Day, by the Lord Admiral, the first of the Committees, with like Signification, That the Committees, upon Consideration of that Bill, found it unmeet to proceed.
