Appointed to meet upon Friday, the 8th of June, by Two in the Afternoon, at the Outward Chamber, near the Parliament Presence. The Bill delivered to the Earl of Shrewsbury.
Stewards of Court-Leets, &c. Expedit.
The Bill, intituled, An Act to prevent the Overcharge of the People by Stewards of Court-Leets and Court-Barons, was returned to the House by the Lord Treasurer, the first of the Committees, without Alteration or Amendments; whereupon the Bill was read the Third Time.
Watermen, etc.
The Bill concerning Wherrymen and Watermen was also brought into the House, by the Lord Admiral, the first of the Committees, without Alteration or Amendment.
Colthorpe's Jointure.
Likewise the Bill for the Jointure of the Wife of Martin Colthorpe, was brought into the House, by the Earl of Rutland, the first of the Committees, without Alteration or Amendment: But, upon a Motion of Mr. Attorney General in the King's Behalf, the said Bill was again re-committed to the former Committees, with Addition of the Lord Chief Justice of England, and Mr. Justice Walmisley, to attend the Lords. The Meeting appointed to be upon To-morrow, being Tuesday, the 5th of June, by Two in the Afternoon, at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence.

His Majesty's Privillage.
Reading arrested.
Upon Complaint presented to this Court, That one Nicholas Reading, one of the Yeomen of His Majesty's Chamber, hath been lately arrested and committed to Prison upon Execution, at the Suit of Sir Edward Hales, of Woodchurch, in the County of Kent, Knight, contrary to the Honour and Privilege of the said Court; it is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal of this Court, That the said Sir Edward Hales shall be presently sent for, to answer his Offence in that Behalf committed, before their Lordships; and the said Sir Edward Hales is required and commanded, by virtue of this Order, to make his immediate and undelayed Repair unto the said Upper House, and to tender his Appearance there before the Lords, at their next Sitting after his said Repair hither, to answer the Complaint made against him, touching the said Matter of Arrest; and thereof not to fail at his Peril.
This Day, the said Nicholas Readinge was brought into the House, by a Servant of the Sheriff of Kent; and thereupon the Writ of Habeas corpus for the removing of him out of Prison, and the Sheriff's Return annexed to the same, was read in the House; and the said Reading discharged from the Sheriff's Custody, with this Caution, that he should attend again before their Lordships, at the Repair hither of Sir Edward Hales. It was also Ordered, That the Writ should be re-delivered to the Sheriff of Kent, to be by him returned into the Common Pleas, according to the Tenor and Direction of the same.
Exportation of Ordnance, etc.
Upon a Motion of the Lord Treasurer, the Meeting of the Committees on the Bill against Transportation of Ordnance, was deferred until Thursday, the 7th of this Instant, at the Council Chamber at Whitehall.
Feild and Chard.
The Stationers Feild and Chard commanded to attend again To-morrow Morning.
