A Person discharged.

ORDERED, That Mr. Remington be discharged from his Commitment to the Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, paying his Fees.

Sherley's Estate.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill concerning Sir Seymour Sherley was committed, be revived; and that all the Gentlemen of the House, that are of the Long Robe, be added to the Committee.

Prices of Wines.

A Bill for regulating the Prices of Wines was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Prisoners Relief.

A Bill for Relief of poor Prisoners was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Serjeant Mainard, Sir Solom. Swale, Mr. Seymour, Sir Richard Oateley, Sir Hen. Cæsar, Colonel Birch, Sir Job Charlton, Sir Lanc. Lake, Mr. Hobby, Colonel Reames, Mr. Buscawen, Mr. Pryn, Sir John Knight, Sir Edw. Masters, Mr. Daniell, Sir Thom. Allen, Sir Clifford Clifton, Sir Wm. Doyley, Sir James Thyn, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Steward, Mr. Fran. Finch: And all the Members of this House that shall come are to have Voices: And they are to meet on Monday at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Hemp and Flax.

An ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to encourage the Planting and Sowing of Hemp and Flax, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir John Knight, Sir Charles Harbord, Colonel Birch, Mr. Westphaling, Mr. Scowen, Sir Wm. Doyley, Sir Robert Carr, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Jolly, Sir Hen. Vernon, Mr. Ratcliffe, Sir John Frederick, Mr. Jay, Mr. Buscawen, Mr. Pryn, Sir Solom. Swale, Mr. Seymour, Sir Thomas Allen, Sir James Thynn, Sir Thom. Bludworth, Mr. Steward, Doctor Burrell, Sir Richard Browne, Mr. Norden, Sir Edw. Massey: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Papers.

Rebuilding London.

A Bill for rebuilding the City of London was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Impeachment of Ld. Mordant.

Ordered, That Sir Thomas Gower do desire a Conference with the Lords, concerning an Impeachment of high Crimes and Misdemeanors, which they have prepared against the Lord Viscount Mordant, a Member of the House of Peers.

Ordered, That Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Serjeant Mainard, Mr. Pryn, Mr. Seymour, Colonel Strangwaies, Sir Robert Howard, Mr. Hobby, Mr. Swynfen, Sir Thom. Littleton, Sir Thom. Lee, Mr. Garraway, Sir Wm. Lowther, be appointed to manage the Conference.

Supply Bill.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House to proceed on the Bill of Assessment.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Steward reports, That the Committee had filled up some Blanks, and made some further Progress, in the Bill of Assessment.-

Impeachment of Ld. Mordant.

Sir Thomas Gower reports, That the Lords had agreed to a present Conference in the Painted Chamber, concerning the Matter of Impeachment against the Lord Mordant.-

Supply Bill.

The Question being put, That the House, after the Conference is over, resolve again into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed on the Bill of Assessment;

Dartmouth Writ.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do issue his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown, to make out a Writ, for electing a new Member to serve for the Town of Dartmouth in the County of Devon, in the stead of Mr. Thomas Kendall, deceased.
