ADRYAEM Beyer and Francis Beyer did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to their being naturalized.

Yarmouth Towns.

Ordered, That Sir Thomas Fanshaw, Mr. Low, Mr. Trelawny, Mr. William Montague, Mr. Edw. Hide, Sir John Talbott, Sir Tho. Woodcocke, Sir Robert Howard, Mr. Milward, Sir Chichester Wray, Mr. Law. Hide, Mr. Bulteele, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, and all the Members of this House that serve for the several Counties of Devon and Cornewall, be added to the Committee to which the Bill for settling the Matter of Difference between the Two Towns of Great and Little Yarmouth, was committed.

Retailers of Wines.

A Petition of several Persons who have Letters Patents for selling Wine by Retale, was read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Petition be committed to Sir John Coryton, Sir Robert Holt, Sir Wm. Doyley, Mr. Morrice, Sir Anth. Irby, Colonel Trelawny, Lord Fanshaw, Sir Robert Atkyns, Mr. Pleydwell, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Tho. Tompkins, Mr. Yorke, Mr. Milward, Sir John Knight, Mr. Bulteele, Sir John Norton, Mr. Edw. Seymour, Mr. Crouch, Sir George Probert, Colonel John Robinson, Mr. Street, Sir Tho. Allen, Sir Allan Apsley, Sir Lanc. Lake, Sir Rich. Braham, Mr. Coventry, Sir Cha. Harbord, Sir John Earnley, Mr. Thurland, Mr. Hide, Sir Court. Poole, Dr. Burrell, or any Five of them, to take the Petition into Consideration; and to hear such Proposals and Expedients as shall be offered for Relief and Satisfaction of the Petitioners; and for settling a Revenue of equal Value, in lieu thereof, in his Royal Highness the Duke of Yorke; and Report the Matter to the House: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Darwyn, &c. Navigation.

A Bill for making the River Darwyn, and other Rivers, in the County of Derby, Nottingham, Warwich, Stafford, and Leicester, navigable, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Tuesday next.

Cornewall Rivers.

A Bill for making certain Rivers in the County of Cornewall navigable, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir John Corryton, Colonel Kirkby, Mr. Rigby, Sir John Talbott, Mr. Arundell, Mr. Sandys, Sir Chichester Wray, Sir Edw. Masters, Sir Tho. Clifford, Sir John Knight, Colonel Robinson, Sir John Earnley, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Lanc. Lake, Mr. Churchill, Sir Rich. Oateley, Sir Edm. Peirce, Sir Roger Bradshaigh, Sir Thomas Allan, and all the Members of this House that serve for Cornwall and Devonshire: And they are to meet on Tuesday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Supply.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the Raising of the Twenty-five hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.

Sir Robert Atkins reports from the Committee, That the Committee had made some further Progress in the Matter to them referred; and desired, that he might have Leave to report the Proceedings of the Committee to the House on Monday Morning next.

Resolved, &c. That Sir Robert Atkins do make his Report of the Proceedings of the Committee of the whole House, appointed to consider of the Manner of raising the Supply for his Majesty, on Monday Morning next.
