Lord Mollineux's Estate.

A BILL to make void certain Conveyances, made by the Lord Mollineux in the late Times, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir Jeffery Shackerley, Mr. Milward, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Pepis, Sir Tho. Allen, Colonel Reames, Mr. Yorke, Colonel Arundell, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Tho. Tompkins, Mr. Knolles, Mr. Crooke, Colonel Trelawny, Mr. Finch, Colonel Strangwayes, Sir Rich. Sir John Birkinhead reports from the Committee to which the Bill of Sir Wm. Killigrew was committed, several Amendments to the said Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

The said Amendments were read the First time.

And the Amendments to the Fourth Line of the First Folio, the Seventh Line of the Second Folio, the Eighteenth Line of the Sixteenth Folio, and the Thirteenth Line of the Fourth Folio, were read the Second time; and, on the Question, severally agreed to.

The Amendment to the Fifteenth Line of the Sixteenth Folio was read the Second time:

Resolved, That this Amendment be postponed.

The next Amendment, to the Third Line of the Fifth Folio, was read the Second time; and, on the Question, agreed to.

The next Amendment to the Sixteenth Line of the Sixteenth Folio, was read the Second time; and, on the Question, postponed.

The Amendments to the Seventeenth Line of the Sixteenth Folio, to the First Line of the Sixth Folio, the Ninth Line of the Ninth Folio, and the Tenth Line of the Eighteenth Folio, were read the Second time; and, on the Question, severally agreed to.

The Amendment to the Bill touching the nominating Commissioners by his Majesty, was read the Second time.

The Question being put, To agree to that Amendment;

It passed in the Negative.

The next Amendment to the Third Line of the Sixteenth Folio, touching the issuing Commissions to the Commissioners, was read the Second time.

The Question being put, To agree to this Amendment;

It passed in the Negative.

The last Amendment, as to the Title, being read the Second time, was, on the Question, agreed to.

The House did then resume the Debate on the First Amendment, which was postponed.

The Question being put, To agree with the Committee;

The House was divided.

The Question being put, That the Recompence for the Undertakers be referred to the Judicature;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

The Question being put, That the same Judicature of Judges, appointed in the Bill for Hatfeild Level, be also appointed in this Bill for Lindsey Level;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Tho. Meres, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Street, Mr. Pryn, Serjeant Charleton, Lord Gorge, and Sir Thomas Gowre, or any Three of them, to prepare Clauses pursuant to these Votes; and to make the Bill cohere therewith.

Interposition to prevent a Quarrel.

Mr. Russell attending the House this Day, according to the Order Yesterday;

Ordered, That Mr. Russell be enjoined by this House, not to receive, send, or prosecute, any Challenge from, o, or with, the Earl of Sunderland.
