Prayers.

JOHN Globe, in order to his Naturalization, did this Day take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before Mr. Speaker, at the Clerk's Table.

Dodson and King's Barton Hundreds.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill is committed for dividing the Two Hundreds of Dodson and King's Barton from the County of the City of Glocester, be revived; and do meet To-morrow, in the Exchequer Chamber, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And that these Members following be added to the Committee; Mr. Sandys, Mr. Wharton, Sir John Roll, Lord Herbert, Mr. Bulteele, Sir Allan Broderick, Sir John Prettiman, Mr. Glascocke.

Etrick's Estate.

Mr. Fane reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for enabling Anthony Etrick to sell Lands, was committed, some Amendments to the said Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Which Amendments, being twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed unto.

Resolved, That the Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.

Militia.

Ordered, That the several Members of this House do bring in true Estimates, as near as they can, of the Number of Horse and Foot, and the Charge that does now lie upon each County in respect of the present Militia, unto the Committee to whom it is referred to prepare and bring in a Bill for settling the Militia suitable to the present Condition of the Kingdom: And that they do give in such Estimates in Writing to the Committee, at their Sitting on Monday next, to the end they may thereby be enabled in preparing and speeding the Bill.

Aulnage Duty.

A Bill for ascertaining the Duties of Subsidy and Aulnage, was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill be committed to Mr. Solicitor General, Mr. Churchill, Mr. Sandys, Mr. Seymour, Sir Rich. Breham, Mr. Faunt, Sir Wm. Fleetwood, Mr. Reames, Sir Solomon Swale, Mr. Fane, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Lowther, Colonel Legg, Sir Wm. Supply Bill.

A Bill for raising Eighteen Months Assessment, at Seventy thousand Pounds per mensem, for Supply of his Majesty's present Occasions, was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House: And

The House resolved into a Committee, accordingly.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Serjeant Charleton took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

And Mr. Serjeant Charleton made Report, That the Committee had made a good Progress in the said Bill; and desired, that the House would resolve itself into a Committee To-morrow Morning, to resume the further Debate of this Bill.

Confirming Ministers.

Resolved, That the further Debate appointed to be had To-morrow, upon the Report made of the Bill for confirming the Act for Ministers, be adjourned till Monday next; and be then proceeded in the first publick Business.

Supply Bill.

Resolved, That this House do resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock, to make a further Progress upon the Bill for raising the Eighteen Months Assessment.

Common Fields.

Resolved, That the Committee to whom the Bill for regulating Common Fields was committed, be revived; and do sit on Monday next, at Two of the Clock, in the Star Chamber.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock.
