Great Level of Fens.
A Bill to confirm and continue an Act of last Parliament for governing the Fens, being this Day read the First time;
Ordered, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, To-morrow Morning about Nine of the Clock, when the House is full.
Lindsey Level.
A Bill for the draining of the Level of the Fens in the County of Lincolne, commonly called Lindsey Level, sent from the Lords, was this Day read the Second time.
Resolved, That the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to which the Bill, brought into this House, concerning the said Level, was formerly referred; with an Addition of the Members following; viz. Mr. Yorke, Mr. Comptroller, Mr. Clifford, Mr. Pryn, Colonel Gilby, Sir Rowland Berkely, Mr. Fane, Sir Tho. Wendy, Sir Jervas Clifton, Mr. Churchill, Sir Solo. Swale, Mr. Hen. Coventry, Mr. Wm. Coventry, Mr. Mallet, and all the Members of this House that serve for the County of Lincolne, or any other County into which the said Level doth extend: But no Members of the said Committee, that are concerned in point of Interest, as Owners, Undertakers, or Adventurers, are to have any Vote thereat. And the said Committee are impowered to send for Persons, Papers, and Records, in reference to this Bill, as well as the other that stands formerly committed: And the Petition of Charles Dymock Esquire, this Day read, or any other Petition of like Nature, are referred to the Consideration of the said Committee.

A Bill for Explanation of a Clause concerning Commissioners for Clauses Ecclesiastical, was this Day read the Second time.
Resolved, That the said Bill be committed to the same Committee to whom the Bill for Uniformity of publick Prayers, and Administration of Sacraments, is committed: And that all the Members of this House, who are of both Robes, be added to the said Committee.

Resolved, That the said Proviso, so amended and agreed unto, be made Part of the Bill.
