Seals of Courts.

ORDERED, That the several old Seals of the several Courts of the Upper Bench and Common Pleas be continued, and made use of for a Fortnight longer.

Form of Commissions.

The Form of a Commission for charitable Uses; and the Form of another Commission, concerning Matters of Assurances used amongst Merchants; were this Day agreed upon: And

It is Ordered, That the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal do pass the said several Commissions, in the Form so amended, under the Great Seal of England, accordingly.

Ld. Goringe &c. respited.

Ordered, That the Orders for the respiting the Execution of George Lord Goringe, and Sir John Owen Knight, be forthwith sent to the Sheriff of London and Middlesex, to respite Execution accordingly.

Army.

This Day the House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate touching the Remainder of the One hundred Twenty thousand Pounds per mensem, for the Forces for England and Ireland.

Fee-farm Rents.

Ordered, That there shall be forthwith a Sale made of all the Fee-farm Rents lately belonging to the Crown, and Duchy of Lancaster: And that the Money to be raised thereby shall go towards the Payment of the Thirty thousand Pounds per mensem, to make up the One hundred Twenty thousand Pounds per mensem, for the Forces in England and Ireland.

Mr. Martyn, Mr. Pury, Mr. Lysle, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Scott, Mr. Blakeston, Mr. Allen, Mr. Nelthorpe, Sir Arthur Haslerigg, Colonel Temple, Colonel Venne, Mr. Lister, Sir Wm. Armyn, Colonel Moore, Mr. Heveningham, Mr. Trenchard, Mr. Dove, Mr. Clement, Sir John Danvers, Sir Gregory Norton, Mr. Whittacre, Colonel Popham, Commissary General Ireton, Colonel Hutchinson, Mr. Say, Mr. Whitlock, Sir Hen. Vane, junior, Mr. James Ashe, or any Five of them, are to consider, How, and in what Manner, the said Fee-farm Rents may be set to Sale; and to bring in an Act for that Purpose: And this Committee are to meet To-morrow at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Exchequer Chamber: And have Power to send for Parties, Papers, Records, &c.

Poor.

The House being informed, that several Petitioners were at the Door;

They were called in; and did present a Petition on the Behalf of all the Poor of this Commonwealth:

Which (after the Petitioners were withdrawn) was read; and was intituled, "The humble Petition of divers Inhabitants of the City of London, and Places adjacent, on the Behalf of all the Poor of this Nation:" And thereunto was annexed another Paper, intituled, "The humble Representation of the Presenters of this annexed Petition of divers Inhabitants of the City of London, and Places adjacent, in Behalf of the Poor of this Nation."

Ordered, That this be the Answer to be given to the said Petition; viz. That the Petition hath been read: That the House finds therein no particular Matter of present or effectual Relief for the Poor: But they have divers Things under Consideration and Commitment, that they hope will be both of present and future Relief for the Poor: Which, together with other Matter of general and necessary Importance to the whole Nation, they will hasten the Consideration and Resolution of; and had been forwarder therein already, but for the Interruptions they daily receive.

Colonel Venn is desired to give the Petitioners this Answer.

Trinity House.

Ordered, That, in pursuance of an Order of this House of the Three-and-twentieth of February last, the Master, Wardens, and Assistants, of the Trinity House be forthwith required to deliver unto the Hands of Mr. Thomas Smith, and such others as are named in that Order, all such Charters, Books, Writings, Accompts, Records, Houshold Goods, Money, and Plate, and all other Things, as do belong to the said Trinity House, and which remain in the Hands of the said Master, Wardens, and Assistants, or with any of their Officers; to the end the same may be disposed as is directed in the said Order of the Three-and-twentieth of February: And that the Receipt of the said Persons named in that Order, or any Five of them, shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Master, Wardens, and Assistants.

Ordered, That the late Master, Wardens, and Assistants of the Fraternity of the Weavers, London, do forthwith deliver unto the new Master and Wardens of the said Fraternity the Possession of Weavers Hall; and all such Charters, Books, Writings, Accompts, Records, Houshold Goods, Money, and Plate, and all other Things, as do belong to Weavers Hall, London, and which remain in the Hands of the said late Master, Wardens, and Assistants, or of any of their Officers; to the end the same may be disposed of by them, to the Use of the said Hall: And the Receipt of the said new Master, Wardens, and Assistants, shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said former Master, Wardens, and Assistants.

Sheriff of Flynts.

Ordered, That Thomas Raynscrofte Esquire be, and is hereby nominated and approved of to be, High Sheriff for the County of Flynts: And that the Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal do issue forth a Commission for him to be High Sheriff of the said County accordingly.

Walloone Church.

Ordered, That the Petition of the Walloone Church be read on Monday Morning.

Officers.

Ordered, That the Report for Munster and Lempster Officers be made on Monday Morning.

House to sit.

Ordered, That the House do sit To-morrow Morning, notwithstanding the former Order.

Army.

Ordered, That, it be referred to the Council of State, to confer with the Officers of the Army, How the Forces that are to go into Ireland may be modelled for the best Advantage of the Service of the Commonwealth.

Poor.

Ordered, That all Members of the House shall have Voices at the Committee for the Poor.
