Lord Moores Estate.

A BILL for enabling Henry Lord Viscount Moore of Drogheda to sell Part of his Lands, for Payment of his Fine, was this Day read the First time; and ordered to be read the Second time on Friday next.

Soame's Estate.

A Bill for settling several Lands upon Stephen Soame Esquire, chargeable with Portions for his Daughters, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time, on this Day Sevennight.

Bullock's Petition.

The humble Petition of Edward Bullock, Gentleman, an Inhabitant of New England, was this Day read.

Resolved, That this Petition be referred to a Committee, to hear all the Parties concerned; and to state the Matter of Fact; and to report it to the House: Viz. To Colonel Carter, Colonel Zanchy, General Desbrough, MajorGeneral Goff, Major-General Boteler, Mr. Fowell, Mr. Attorney-General, Lord Commissioner Whitelock, Mr. Bacon, Mr. Reynell, Captain Blackwell, Colonel Harvey, Mr. Bedford, Mr. Ash, Mr. Aldworth, Major Beake, Provost of Edenburgh, Major Burton, Mr. West, Captain Lilborne, Sir John Thoroughgood, Mr. Bond, Mr. Burton, Colonel Blake, Mr. Waterhowse, Mr. Throckmorton, Mr. Smyth, Colonel Cooper, Colonel Mathews, Colonel Grosvenor, Mr. Sheild, Mr. Carey, and all the Gentlemen of the Long-Robe: With Power to send for Persons, Witnesses, Papers, and Record: And they are to meet on Wednesday in the Afternoon, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Countess of Worcester.

Mr. Burton reports from the Committee to whom the Petition of Margarett Countess of Worcester was referred;

A Bill for settling the Messuage in the Strand, called, Worcester-House, on Trustees, for the Life of Edward Earl of Worcester, in Trust, for Margarett Countess of Worcester, in Lieu and Satisfaction of the Arrears of her Fifths, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time, on Thursday Morning next.

Newport Minister.

A Bill for raising Maintenance for the Minister of Newport, in the Isle of Wight, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.

Ordered, That the Lord Protector's Consent be desired to this Bill.

Protector appoints to be attended.

The Lord Commissioner Lisle reports from the Committee appointed to attend upon his Highness, to appoint a Time and Place for this House to meet his Highness, upon a Matter of high Concernment; That the said Committee did attend his Highness, accordingly: And that his Highness hath appointed Tuesday at Eleven of Clock, at the Banquetting-House in Whitehall.

Resolved, That, in case his Highness the Lord Protector doth desire Time to deliberate of an Answer to the Petition and Advice, that then his Highness be presented with a Copy thereof: And that the Ingrossment be brought back again by the Clerk.

Livings in Norfolk, &c.

A Bill for settling several Ministers in their Livings in Norfolk and Suffolk, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on Saturday Morning next.

Hughes' Petition.

The humble Petition of John Hughes was this Day read.

Resolved, That this Petition be referred to the same Committee to whom the Bill for the Attainder of the Rebels in Ireland is referred; to take the same into their Consideration, and offer their Opinion therein to the House.

Irish Adventurers, &c.

Ordered, That the Bills for the Soldiers in Ireland, and for the Adventurers in Ireland, be read To-morrow Sevennight.

Carlisle Market.

Mr. Downing reports Amendments to the Bill for changing the Saturday Market, at Carlisle, to Friday: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.

Ordered, That the said Bill be ingrossed.

Raising Money.

Ordered, That the Grand Committee for the Four hundred thousand Pounds do sit on Wednesday next, in the Afternoon.

Excise.

Ordered, That the Grand Committee for the Excise do sit on Thursday next, in the Afternoon.

Bastwick's Claims.

Ordered, That the Report touching Mrs. Bastwick be made To-morrow Morning.

Vassells' Claims.

Ordered, That the Report touching Mr. Vassells be made upon Friday Morning next.

Mitchell's Petition.

The humble Petition of Edward Mitchell Gentleman, Executor of Sir Thomas Nightingall Baronet, deceased, and Wm. Comyns Gentleman, was this Day read.

Ordered, That this Petition be referred to the Committee to whom Mr. Bullock's Petition is referred, to state and report the Matter of Fact to this House: And that the said Committee have Power to send for Witnesses, Papers, and Records: And that Colonel Fitz-James, and MajorGeneral Haines, be added to that Committee.
