Lord Abergavenny's Estate.
A BILL to enable John Lord Abergavenny, Son and Heir of Henry late Lord Abergavenny, to alien the Reversion of certain Lands and Tenements, for Payment of his Debts, and Advancement of his Brother and Sisters, was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on this Day Sevennight.
E. of Derby's Estate.
Mr. Bodurda reports from the Committee, to whom the Petition of Charles Earl of Derby was referred, a Bill for settling certain Manors, Messuages, Lands and Tenements, upon Charles Earl of Darby: Which was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on this Day Sevennight.
Remonstrance.
The House this Day, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the Remonstrance.
The Question being put, That the Consideration of this Paper shall be referred to a Grand Committee;
The House was divided.

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

And the main Question being put; It was
Resolved, That Doctor Owen, Dean of Christ-Church, and Vice Chancellor of the University of Oxon, be desired to be assisting in carrying on the Work of the Day of Humiliation, in the House, on Friday next: Colonel Jones is desired to give him Notice hereof.
Ordered, That Mr. Carill be desired to be assisting in carrying on the Work of the Day of Humiliation, in the House, on Friday next: Major-General Howard is desired to give him Notice hereof.
Resolved, That Mr. Manton be desired to be assisting in carrying on the Work of the Day of Humiliation, in the House, on Friday next: Mr. Hampden is desired to give him Notice hereof.
