Lord Loftus' Petition.

ORDERED, That the Committee, to whom the Lord Loftus' Petition is referred, be impowered to examine Witnesses in the said Business, and to send for Persons, Papers, and Records; aud to report their Opinions therein to the House.

Faunt's Estate.

A Bill for enabling George Faunt of Foston in the County of Leicester, Esquire, to sell and convey Part of his Lands, for Payment of several Debts and Legacies, charged upon his Estate by Sir William Faunt, Knight, deceased; and for the Raising of Portions for his younger Children, and for making his Wife a Jointure; was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Colonel Beamont, Colonel Howard, Mr. Fowell, Mr. Robinson, Lord Whitelock, Mr. Lawrence, Mr. Hampden, Mr. Bodurda, Mr. Waller, Sir Wm. Strickland, Mr. Shopcott, Colonel Grosvenor, Mr. Jenkinson, Sir Sam. Sleigh, Mr. Quarles, Mr. Moody, Sir Tho. Honywood, Colonel Mathews, Mr. Poole, Mr. Bennett, Mr. Bampfield, Mr. West, Colonel Chadwick, Colonel Purefoy, Sir Gilbert Pickering, Mr. Cole, Mr. Lucy, Mr. Burton, Doctor Clerges, Colonel Templar, Mr. Searle: And are to meet this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber, at Two of Clock: With Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Witnesses.

Ordered, That the Report touching the Earl of Derbie be made To-morrow Morning.

Ordered, That the Lords the Judges, who are Members of this House, and all the Gentleman of the Long-Robe Members of this House, and the rest of the Members of this House, shall constantly attend the Service of this House; and not depart, without Leave of this House.

The House, according to former Order, did this Day resume the Debate upon the Remonstrance Yesterday read.
