Ld. Cobham's Estate.

COLONEL Shapcott reports, Amendments to the Bill to enable Sir John Brooks alias Cobham to levy a Fine upon his Lands: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto; and, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Purveyance.

Colonel Mathewes reports, Amendments to the Bill for taking off Purveyance, and Composition for Purveyance: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.

Resolved, That the Word "Felons" be inserted in the last Blank of the Bill.

And the said Bill, so amended, was, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Petitions.

Ordered, That the Petition of John Harvey be read in Order, after the Five Petitions formerly appointed.

Ordered, That the Petition of Charles Earl of Derby be read in Course, on the Day appointed for Petitions.

Ordered, That the Bill tendered by Major-General Whaley be read To-morrow Morning.

Northampton Ministers.

A Bill for the Provision and better Maintenance of the Ministers in the Town of Northampton was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Carter's Estate.

A Bill to enable Richard Carter Esquire, Son and Heir of John Carter Esquire, deceased, to sell Part of his Lands, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Colonel Rous, Alderman Foote, Mr. Robinson, Colonel Shapcot, Captain Bradden, Captain Sutton, Colonel White, Colonel Blake, Colonel Purefoy, Mr. Reynell, Mr. Upton, Mr. Lloyd, Mr. Nicholls, Mr. Margetts, Sir John Copleston, Mr. Fowell, Mr. St. Aubin, General Disbrow, Major Saunders, Colonel Ceely, Mr. Bampfeild, Mr. Buller, Sir Christofer Pack: And are to meet To-morrow at Two of Clock in the Afternoon, in the Duchy-Chamber.

The humble Petition of Richard Lee, Master of Wigston's Hospital in Leicester, was this Day read.

Ordered, That the said Petition, together with William Simms', publick Lecturer of the Borough of Leicester, and Confrator of Wigston's Hospital, with the other Petitions and Papers thereunto annexed, be referred to the same Committee.

Ordered, That it be referred to the same Committee, to bring in such Names for Trustees, as they shall think fit.

Hospitals.

Ordered, That the Petition of Henry Lyle, and the Bill concerning Hospitals, be read To-morrow Morning.

The House, according to former Order, did resume the Debate upon the Report touching James Nayler.

Resolved, That this Debate be adjourned for Two Hours.
