Officers of Arms v Ezechus Fogg of Chilham, co. Kent
October 1637
Abstract
This was a cause of office in which Dr Duck informed Gilbert Dethick that the Officers of Arms desired a monition against Fogg for unpaid fees probably at the funeral of his father. The cause and result of the case remain unknown as no other proceedings survive.
Initial proceedings

'The officers of armes desire a process against Ezechus Fogg of Chilham, executor of his father for certificate and fee. This is agreeable to my L. Maltravers order.
I desire Mr Dethick to issue these processes.'
18 October 1637.

An Ezechias Fogg of Chilham married Margaret, daughter of Thomas Courthop. Their daughter Mary married John Rooke, son of Lawrence Rooke of Monk's Horton, co. Kent.
