Entry Alexander LEIGHTON (qv) was being examined about his treatment of the servant of Mr Eglesfield. He said that the surgeon Chapman had given the patient medicine before he, L, had seen him. When L was called in, the man was an hour from death.

Entry C had sent a letter to the College through Dr OXENBRIDGE. Dr BOET Senior was asked about C, and said that C had been his servant, but unwaged apart from clothes and a clothing allowance. He said that C had run away and had stolen from him. He attacked him harshly with many words.
