Mem. that three fourth parts of this living stand within the liberties and 14th part without.

In this valuation of the houses I have observed this moderation that 1 have deducted a fourth part of the present Rent and likewise the Fine, and the sum of the houses thus valued amounteth to £3985.

Besides these Houses there are in the Parish these Houses following:

Clifford's Inn 160 pays tithes 4/-
Serjeants' Inn, Chancery Lane 100 pays tithes
Six Clerks' office 100 pays tithes
