This is thaccompte of vs Will'm Dovunes and John haye appoynted Churchwardens of the p'isshe of St Martins in the ffeldes by Charinge Crosse in the Countie of Mydd' Electyd and Chosen to Contynue as wardens of the same p'issh aforesaid frome the feaste of the Natyvitie of or Lorde god in the yere of ye same oone thousand fyve hundreth Syxtie and tow (fn. 1) in the thirde yere of the Reigne of or sou'aigne Lady Elyzabeth by the grace of god Quene of Englonde ffraunce and Iarlond Defendor of the fayth et c' vnto the feaste of the Natyvitie of or Lord god 1.5.6.3 that ys to saye for the space of tow hole yeares ffully Complet and endyd of all and singuler or Receptes and paymentes and all other ordynary Charges specified and Contayned in these or accompte as by the declaracion hereof more playnly Dothe apere as hereafter ensueth.
