Lord Herbert to speak with the Earl of Strafford.
The Lord Herbert de Cherbery moved the House, That he might have Leave to go and speak with the Earl of Strafford, about some Business which concerns himself in Ireland; which was thought fit by the House.
Arms of the Kingdom.
Two of the King's Serjeants at Law were appointed to take Care for the new drawing of a Bill concerning the Arms of the Kingdom, and in particular Serjeant Whitfield and Serjeant Heath were directed for that Purpose, and to advise with Mr. Justice Barkley and Mr. Baron Weston about it.
Committee for the Northern Business.
The Committee for the Examination of the Northern Proceedings is deferred until This Day Sevennight, videlicet, 25 die Novembris, at the same Time and Place as formerly appointed.
