Qui quidem Thomas Richardson, post Excusationem suæ Insufficientiæ coram Domino Rege humiliter propositam, pro eo quod ipsa sua Excusatio a Sacra Regia Majestate approbata et admissa non fuit, ab eadem Majestate Supplici Prece impetrabat.
