Hospitals and Poor Houses.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the reviving and making perpetual of One Act, made in the Thirtyninth Year of the Reign of the late Queen Elizabeth, intituled, An Act for erecting of Hospitals, and Abiding and Working Houses, for the Poor; which was not committed, but appointed to a Third Reading.
Upon the Lord Bishop of Bangor's Information, That, in his Knowledge, Eighteen Hospitals are at this Time impeached, touching their Incorporation, Order was given, That Mr. Attorney General shall draw a Bill for Confirmation of Hospitals already founded.
Supersedeas.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act to prevent and punish the Abuses in procuring Process and Supersedeas; for the Peace and good Behaviour out of His Majesty's Courts at Westm. and to prevent the Abuses in procuring Writs of Certiorari out of the said Courts, for removing of Indictments found before Justices of Peace, in the General Sessions; and committed to the same Committees appointed on the Bill against Prophanation of the Sabbath Day; with Addition of the Lord Chancellor.

Mr. Attorney to be added to such as are for the former Bill appointed to attend their Lordships.
Booth, one of his Majesty's Grooms, arrested. Privilege.
They that arrested Samuel Booth, Groom of His Majesty's Courser Stable, are to be brought into this Court, by the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, videlicet, Nicholas King, Deputy Bailiff of the Sanctuary at Westm. and Jeffrey Passemore, at whose Suit the said Arrest was made; and with the Persons who rescued the said Passemore; forasmuch as they pretend to be Members of the Commons House, the Lords will afterwards take such Order as shall appertain.
The Lords Committees of the Orders and Customs of the House and Privileges, &c. according to the Direction of this House in that Behalf, have met; and now do desire, that certain of them may be appointed to attend His Majesty, and of His Majesty to desire, that a Time may be appointed for certain of the said Committees to attend on His Majesty, with humble Request, that he will be pleased to assign them a Day to wait on His Majesty, for giving him Satisfaction in the Matter moved between their Lordships and certain of the Lords the Judges; which Motion was agreed by the House, and thought fit the Lords undernamed shall therein be employed: videlicet,
