Sir Alexander Rigby's Bill.

After reading, and considering, the Report of the Judges, to whom was referred the Bill, intituled, "An Act to discharge Sir Alexand'r Rigby Knight from his Imprisonment; and to vest his Estate and Effects in Trustees, for the Benefit of his Creditors:"

Ordered, That the said Bill be read a Second Time on Monday next.

Traitors Estates; Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for appointing Commissioners, to inquire of the Estates of certain Traitors, and of Popish Recusants, and of Estates given to superstitious Uses, in order to raise Money out of them, severally, for the Use of the Public.

And it being proposed, "To commit the Bill;"

And the same being objected to:

The Question was put, "Whether the said Bill shall be committed?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Tuesday next; and that the Lords be summoned, and Notice given them of the Occasion; and that the Judges, or some of them, do attend this House.

Papists to register their Estates, Bill.

Whereas this Day was appointed, for the House to be in a Committee, to consider further of the Bill, intituled, "An Act to oblige Papists to register their Names and Real Estates:"

It is Ordered, That this House shall be put into a Committee, to consider further of the said Bill, on Monday next; and that the Lords be summoned to attend the Service of this House on that Occasion.

Hackney Coaches, &c. Bill.

Ordered, That on Wednesday next this House shall be put into a Committee, to consider further of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better regulating Hackney-Coaches, Carts, Drays, Cars, and Waggons, within the Cities of London and Westminster, and the Weekly Bills of Mortality; and for preventing Mischiefs occasioned by the Drivers riding upon such Carts, Drays, Cars, and Waggons."
