Message to the Lower House, by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Sir Edward Stanhope:

Grievances in the Spanish Trade.

That, for the better Information of the Lords, in a Matter wherein a Motion had been made from the Lower House a good while since (concerning the Complaints of the Merchants greatly wronged, and cruelly used, by the Spaniards, in many Places where they trade), they would let the Lords have a Sight of the Petition exhibited to the Lower House; and thereupon the Lords will return further Answer touching Conference.

Answer, That they will take Time to consider of it, and send Answer by some Messengers of their own.

Adjourn.
