THE Bill, intituled, An Act for the Founding and Incorporating of a Free Grammar School, in the Town of Northlech, in the County of Glocester, was this Day returned to the House, by the Lord Archbishop of Canterburie, the First of the Committees, without Alteration or Amendment; and thereupon the said Bill read the Third Time.
