PRAYERS.

Commissioners Accompts, Reports, &c. delivered.

The House being informed, "That Mr. Thompson, from the Commissioners of Accompts, attended;" he was called in, and delivered at the Bar, several Books, intituled as follows:

"The general State of the Receipts and Issues of the Public Revenue of Great Britain, between the Feast of St. Michael 1709, and the Feast of St. Michael 1710."

"The general State of the Receipts and Issues of the Public Revenue of Great Britain, between the Feast of St. Michael 1711, and the Feast of St. Michael 1712."

"A Report from the Commissioners, appointed to take, examine, and state, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom."

"And also, a Report from the Commissioners, appointed to take, examine, and determine, the Debts due to the Army, &c."

And then he withdrew.

And the said Titles being read.

Ordered, That the said States and Reports do lie on the Table to be perused by the Lords.

Magistrates of Elgin versus Presbyterian Ministers.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of George Innes Provost, and Kenneth M'kenzey, Alexander Falconer, and James Charles, Bailiffs of the Borough of Elgin, in North Britain, and James Russell Beadle or Sexton, from several Interlocutory Orders, or Sentences, of the Lords of Session, of the Twenty-fourth of July and Sixteenth of December last, and the Orders, Sentences, or Decrees, of the Lords of Justiciary, of the Ninth of February and Second of March last, founded thereon, made on the Behalf of the Plaintiffs and Prosecutors in this Cause; praying the Reversal of the said Orders, Sentences, or Decrees:

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Plaintiffs and Prosecutors may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Friday the Twentyninth Day of May next, at Eleven a Clock.

Charlton Parsonage-house, Bill.

Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Exchange of the Parsonage-house at Charlton, in Kent, and Close thereto adjoining, in Lieu of another House and Lands there."

Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following:

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Saturday the Second Day of May next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure.

The House was resumed.

Commissioners Accompts, Report to be read.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Report delivered this Day from the Commissioners, appointed to take, examine, and state, the Public Accompts of the Kingdom, shall be read on Tuesday next, at Twelve a Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

Ball versus Vise. Lanesborough & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of George Ball, from a Decree, or Order, of the Court of Chancery, made the Eighth of November One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve, on the Behalf of James Viscount Lanesborough, Henry Lord Shelburn, Henry Lord Paget, Sir James How Baronet, Hatton Compton, Frederick Tilney, Robert Heysham, and other Defendants; praying, "That the said Decree, or Order, may be reversed:"

It is Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Lord Viscount Lanesborough and other Defendants may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and put in their Answer or respective Answers thereunto, in Writing, on or before Friday the First Day of May next, at Eleven a Clock.

Adjourn.
