Plate Standard, Bill, rejected.

Counsel on Behalf of the Artificers of Wrought Plate were called in, and heard against the Bill for altering the Standard of Plate.

And several of the said Artificers being also heard in relation thereunto;

They withdrew.

Then, Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for altering the Standard of Plate."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be committed?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

Ordered, That the said Bill be rejected.

Equivalent Accompts, Bill, rejected.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to empower the Barons of the Exchequer in Scotland to take, examine, and state, the Accompts of the Commissioners for the Equivalent-money."

After Debate, and reading the Fifteenth Article of Union;

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall be committed?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

Ordered, That the said Bill be rejected.

Commissioners Equivalent, to attend, with their Accompts.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners for disposing of the Equivalent do prepare their Accompts of the Equivalent Money, to be laid before this House at the Opening of the next Session of Parliament, with the Vouchers relating to the same; and that Two or more of the said Commissioners do attend this House, with the said Accompts and Vouchers, at that Time.
