Clavering versus Clavering & al.:
After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Henry Clavering Gentleman, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, in Hillary Term last, on the Behalf of Sir James Clavering Baronet, John Clavering Gentleman, and Marke Shaftoe Esquire; as also upon the Answers of Sir James Clavering, and John Clavering his Younger Brother, and of Marke Shaftoe, as also the Answer of James Clavering Esquire, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:
Judgement affirmed.
It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Henry Clavering Gentleman shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Robert Greenall the Younger to sell an Estate, in the Parish of King's Norton, in the County of Worcester; and purchase another Estate, of as great or greater Value, to be settled to the same Uses."
L. Conway's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for making the Exemplification of the Will of Edward late Earl of Conway, and the Depositions relating to the same, Evidence on Trials at Law."
Ordered, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Thursday the One and Thirtieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
Fisher's Bill.
